All the way from Switzerland, Felchlin’s Corporate Chef Lionel Tissot was with us in Singapore to show the many uses of Felchlin’s products.

Demonstrating the endless possibilities of pastry creations with Felchlin, we’re happy to have a fruitful afternoon with Chef Lionel preparing many beautifully decorated petit gateaux and entremet.

Chefs For A Cause 2019

It's been terrific for us to be part of this year's Chefs For A Cause; bringing good food and good people together for a good cause.

Together with 13 other notable chefs, our very own Executive Chef Philip Lee put together a premium hearty, meaty sausage bun with Carne Meats sausage and wagyu meat sauce for this charity fund-raising.

We are overjoyed to help raise over $26k for underprivileged students through Chefs For A Cause.

Rosedale Ruby's Founder and farmer, Sam McNiven, joined us in sharing his Charolais Angus that was served for dinner.
Our heartfelt appreciation have to go to Chef Kazi, Chef Ming Fatt and their team for the exquisite menu put together for the night!

Deborah and Ana from La Rose Noire brought us on a virtual tour to Clark Freeport, the production facilities in the Philippines. Seeing every single product carefully hand-crafted with care, we trust that each is made of quality for chefs.
