Representing Indoguna, our Corporate Master Chef, Phillip Lee was part of the Chefs for a Cause 2017 - A fund raising project powered by Project Happy Feet in support of education of special needs children from needy families. Together with 11 other notable chefs who took time to prepare a total of  23 amazing dishes to served up at the event.  We presented our signature Spicy Ocean Gems Tiger Prawns & Speciality Slow Boil Tajima Wagyu Soup which many of the guests love.  Indoguna is honoured to be part of this meaningful event will  continue to work together to make this world a better place with our food!

Singapore Chefs’ Association Gala Dinner 2017

Indoguna joined Singapore Chefs' Association for their 2017 Gala Dinner on the 5th December. Sharing our love for food with the chefs, we presented our finest ingredients from Carne Meats, Carne Meats Wagyu, to a range of seafood from Ocean Gem, Gallagher's Irish Premium Oysters  and Natural Holland Dutch Mussels.  The team took the opportunity to thank each and every chef for the generous support throughout the year. With a huge spread of food, we hope everyone had a memorable evening.

Felchlin OSA- Fillings Demo Sessions

Indoguna co- organised several independent workshops with Felchlin from 30th Oct to 5th November 2017. Led by Pastry Chef of the Year, Master Chocolatier- Patissier, Ralf Wellauer bring our customers to discover the finest soft melting OSA- fillings. Each session covers a range of topics including patisserie, cakes voyages, flavoured bars and baked goods. Everyone had a great time learning more about this all natural ingredients how to apply them within their creations!

Oktoberfest 2017

Indoguna is proud to be part of the annual Oktoberfest 2017!  This sold- out event was held in One Farrer Hotel & Spa on the 29th & 30th September 2017.  A wide range of Carne Meats by Indoguna bratwurst sausages, cold cuts and deli meat was included in the theme menu. A great celebration with live music, steins full of beer and quality good food!

2nd La Rose Noire Factory Tour 2017

Due to a great respond earlier this year, Indoguna and La Rose Noire organised a 2nd La Rose Noire factory tour in Philippines on the 25th to 27th Sept 2017. A variety of pastry chefs and restaurant owners were given the opportunity to tour the La Rose Noire facility and hand on with making the hand- crafted tart shell. We were also one of the first to experience the chocolate tempering room and tasted the all new chocolate tart shell that will be launching in Singapore later this year.

An evening with Yarra Valley Caviar​ & Olsson’s Sea Salt

Yarra Valley Caviar​ & Olsson's Sea Salt​ jointly organised an unique collaboration dinner curated by renowned Australian Chefs, Ian Curley​ & Todd Moses at the Grand Hyatt Singapore on 11th September. Invited guests were given an introductory and insights of the products and brands by the Australian producer. This event was supported by Indoguna with Prestige Foods International & CommTrade.

Star Chef Competition 2017

Indoguna proudly sponsor the premium ingredients (Australia Thomas Foods Lamb and New Zealand Affco Beef) for the mystery box challenge in Star Chef Competition 2017. The culinary competition was held at Asian Culinary Institute Singapore on the 29th and 30th August with over 26 culinary teams from various hotels and restaurants took part in the Western and Chinese category.

This annual competition is jointly organised by Restaurant Association of Singapore, with Singapore Chefs' Association and Society of Chinese Cuisine Chefs Singapore.

MBS Epicurean Market 2017

Indoguna was part of the Epicurean Market 2017 which took place at Marina Bay Sands last weekend (11th - 13th August).  The annual wine and food was on its 5th edition showcasing world-class food including famous signature dishes by celebrity chefs, award winning wines and spirits and imported specialties.

The team offered a range of Carne Meats by Indoguna charcuterie deli, seafood  dishes Ocean Gems by Indoguna, dim sum from Masterpiece by Indoguna, desserts from La Rose Noire and outstanding meat cuts from partners (Tajima, Greater Omaha, Fermin, Bangalow Sweet Pork, Berkridge, Miyazaki & Thomas Foods). They were all well- received by the guests who attended the event.

Me@OUE NDP Fiesta

To celebrate Singapore's 52nd independence, Indoguna supported Me@OUE to present a NDP (National Day Parade) Fiesta. Guests were treated to a premium feast which includes Thomas Foods Lamb, Bangalow Sweet Pork, Frementle Octopus, Greater Omaha Beef, NaturalHolland Oysters, Felchlin and La Rose Noire sweet treats. These ingredients were prepared by Executive Chef Sam in a unique mix of three distinct cuisine - Japanese, French and Chinese prepared by the team from Me@OUE.
