Felchlin OSA- Fillings Demo Sessions

Indoguna co- organised several independent workshops with Felchlin from 30th Oct to 5th November 2017. Led by Pastry Chef of the Year, Master Chocolatier- Patissier, Ralf Wellauer bring our customers to discover the finest soft melting OSA- fillings. Each session covers a range of topics including patisserie, cakes voyages, flavoured bars and baked goods. Everyone had a great time learning more about this all natural ingredients how to apply them within their creations!
